Judge Bratvold hears and decides appeals along with two other judges on the Minnesota Court of Appeals.


Along with her colleagues, Diane writes legal opinions to state the court’s decision and explain the court’s reasoning. She has written more than 400 opinions and decided over 1200 appeals.
